We have recently returned from a lovely weekend, taking our touring caravan to this site. On arrival we were booked in and shown to our pitch, which is of average size (car, twin axel van and awning on gravel area, with grass to the side). You’re given your security code for the barrier, that you require to enter and exit the site. There is a small shop that opens in the mornings for a few hours during the quieter season.
I have to say how lovely and helpful the staff were, nothing was too much trouble.
There is a pub on site, which is a gem.
A large dog walking area is at the top of the site, with a small dog wash and drink station.
The shower blocks are continuously kept spotless. The water is always hot and plentiful, with a good water pressure from the shower. A warm dog shower is in the chemical waste room, that also has a hair dryer to dry them off after romping around the dog walking field.
Overall this site is fabulous and we’ll definitely be returning!
